We would love to treat you to a tea experience at our farm on Vancouver Island. You can also purchase or enjoy Teafarm teas at any of the stores, cafes and restaurants that carry our teas – see find us for the nearest location.

All prices quoted are in Canadian dollars and do not include any applicable taxes.

In Canada: there is no tax on tea, but teaware and accessories are taxable at 5% GST or each province’s applicable HST rate. Orders to the US are not taxable, but may be subject to duties.

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express via PayPal‘s online secure payment gateway (no account signup needed). Or PayPal also allows you to pay directly from your bank account; signup for a PayPal account for more options. www.paypal.com

Shipping

Orders ship twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays. We ship via Canada Post. Teafarm offers a flat fee shipping rate of $9.95 within North America. For orders over $80 shipping is on us. For orders outside of North America, please contact us directly at +1 250 748 3811 or email info@teafarm.ca

Privacy Policy

We do not rent, sell or otherwise share your data with anyone other than to complete your transaction. PayPal handles your payment information in a secure manner; we never store it on our servers or in-house.

Return Policy

Tea is a food item and is non-returnable. For the return of accessories, the product(s) must be returned to us in its original packaging.
