Ingredients Health Food and Apple Cafe in Victoria is run by a wonderful team of health and earth conscious people led by owners Deanna and Cindy. Their hip concept of providing all things food in bulk is really catching on. Located close to Capital Iron on Store street, the store also features a raw foods cafe called Apple and has divine delectables. The space is bright, airy and inviting. You can check out their schedule of workshops and other educational offerings.

We have partnered to provide the cafe with our line of Chinese Zodiac teas… offering something for everyone’s tea taste. Our entire line of organic Teafarm teas are available in tins and there is a great selection of our blended teas also available in bulk including non blended loose leaf teas like your favourite Earl Grey, Ceylon and beautiful Masala Chai.

We are thrilled to be partnering with owner Ian and the fun and fabulous manager Danielle. The atmosphere is funky and comfortable. Great food including paninis, flatbread pizzas and an ever changing array of wonderful sweet treats are on the menu. You can count on Teafarm teas being available at the cafe. They also carry a our Chinese Zodiac teas and regular blends as well as your classic green and black teas in tins and 250g bags. Chai too!

Spring Equinox is the beginning of the growing season. Days and nights are of equal length and the fresh cycle of life starts to bud. In pagan cultures the beginning of Spring was a time to celebrate the end of winter and delight in the rebirth of life.
This season of fertility and creativity marks the opening of our gallery season with three inspiring mediums.

Coco Jones – Painter. With her liberal use of colour and humour, Coco’s work revels in the playfulness and vibrancy of life.
Joan Carrigan – Basket Weaver.  The inspiration for Joan’s work spans millennia and is woven into the stunning intricacies of her baskets. Joan has taught and exhibited internationally.
Margit Nellemann – Ceramic Artist. Celebrating the boldness of the round form, Margit’s clay work plays on the theme of fertility and growth.

Meet the artists 0pening reception Thursday March 22nd  6-9pm. Taste the Valley with the wines of Unsworth Vineyards and the terroir cuisine of Amuse on the Vineyard.
